Do you get what you pay for?

With Simpile, you do.

When you run a project out to tender what do you look for in response? Is it just the bottom line? Because if it is, you’re wrong.

Is the cost of a job important, of course it is! But you absolutely have to look at the credentials of the suppliers too.

We are seeing more and more construction companies flooding the market, offering up services they have no experience -or expertise- in. They can do whatever it is cheaply because they haven’t paid for the right gear or training.

You wouldn’t ask a vet to perform brain surgery on a relative, would you? Both highly skilled, but not in the same field.

At Simpile, we are piling and groundworks specialists – it’s what we do.

We have the right machinery, all owned by us, and we have 45 years’ experience in construction, we can quote for jobs with confidence in what we can deliver.

We offer our clients transparent quotes, listing what we’ll be doing, and the costs incurred for each element. No hidden charges, no surprises.

Simpile Piling Van

When the worst happens.

Our friends at Feltham Demolition Services recently had to take down a semi-detached house because it had been condemned by the council.

The house was having piling work done by inexperienced contractors who failed, and irretrievably destroyed their home. That’s the kind of thing that happens when you just look at the bottom line. You don’t get value for money; you can get a disaster waiting to happen.

It costs nothing to get a quote, to put a job out for tender, and we cannot recommend it enough, go to a wide pool of contractors and really look at what you’ll be getting for your money. If you’ve ever got any questions we’re here to help, just ask.

If you have a project that could benefit from a well-trained team and modern, versatile fleet and you’d like to discuss it with the Performance Foundation’s team, you can visit their website or contact the team.
